These terms and conditions apply to the Produy: AI Product Video Maker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Shaya Creative (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the Application.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The Application provides premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans.
Renewal Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation Process
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple ID account settings. The Application does not process cancellations directly. For more information, see Apple’s cancellation guide.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled solely by the platform provider in accordance with their policies. The Service Provider does not issue refunds for unused subscription periods.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of the Application, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
