**AI Video Generator Terms of use**

These terms and conditions apply to the Video Generator (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The Application is developed by Shayan Ansarizdeh (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") and is offered as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you read and understand them thoroughly before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

  1. Changes to the Application

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application functional and efficient. However, they reserve the right to modify the Application, add new features, or charge for certain services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated.

  1. Data Storage and Security

The Application collects and processes personal data that you provide to deliver its services. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions may expose your phone to security risks, malware, and improper functionality of the Application.

Subscriptions

  1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: The application provides premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans.
  2. Renewal Policy: Subscriptions renew automatically unless the user cancels at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel or modify subscriptions, users must adjust settings via their Apple ID account management (see Apple’s Cancellation Guidelines). The app does not handle cancellations directly.
  4. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods. Any refund requests must comply exclusively with Apple’s terms and conditions.
